Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms govern use of the CrowdCare app and website operated by CloudClinic. Organizations that license CrowdCare do so under a separate customer agreement; where the two differ, the customer agreement controls for that organization and its staff.
Who may use CrowdCare
Staff accounts are for people authorized by a licensed customer. You must keep your credentials confidential, use the service only for your organization’s medical operations, and follow your organization’s policies and applicable law, including patient privacy law.
Clinical responsibility
CrowdCare is a documentation and coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, and suggestions it makes, such as possible reunification matches or drafted chart text, must be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied on. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician and their organization.
Acceptable use
- No access to records you are not assigned to or do not need for care.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
- No upload of content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CrowdCare available during your events and will tell customers about planned maintenance. We may change or retire features with notice. The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited as set out in the customer agreement.
Termination
Your organization can suspend or remove your account. You can delete your own account from Settings. Records created during care remain with your organization as described in the privacy policy.
